Shipping & processing

At AYVAÉ, we process orders with care and attention.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

During busy periods, holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing may take longer.

AYVAÉ reserves the right to adjust processing times without prior notice.

Shipping costs Netherlands

For shipping within the Netherlands, we charge €5.95 shipping costs.

For orders over €70, shipping within the Netherlands is free.

Free shipping only applies when the final amount after discounts exceeds €70.

International shipping

Different shipping costs apply for Belgium, Germany, and other countries.

International rates are calculated automatically during checkout.

AYVAÉ is not responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes outside the Netherlands.

Delivery time

Netherlands: average 1–3 business days.

Belgium: average 2–5 business days.

Germany and other countries: average 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle to compensation or cancellation.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with track & trace information.

Also check your spam or junk mailbox.

Delays

AYVAÉ is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, strikes, or other forms of force majeure.

Delivery delays do not entitle to compensation.

Incorrect address

The customer is responsible for correctly entering address details.

In case of incorrect or incomplete addresses, additional shipping costs may be charged.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected from a pick-up point and is returned, new shipping costs may be charged.

Damaged delivery

Check your order immediately upon receipt.

Damage or missing products must be reported within 48 hours via contact@ayvae.com with clear photos.

Without proof, a report cannot be processed.

Loss or disappearance

AYVAÉ is not liable for lost or delayed packages after they have been handed over to the carrier.

However, we will, of course, help initiate an investigation with the delivery service.

Pre-orders & launches

For pre-orders or exclusive launches, different delivery times may apply.

The expected shipping date will be indicated in advance on the product page.

Refusal or cancellation

AYVAÉ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend orders in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or technical errors.
