Shipping

At AYVAÉ, we process every order with care and attention. Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.

During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Within the Netherlands, the average delivery time is 1–3 business days after shipment.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the country and carrier.

AYVAÉ is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, or force majeure.

Register a return

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can register your return within 14 days of receipt.

To do this, send an email to contact@ayvae.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for return (optional)

After approval, you will receive further return instructions.

Return conditions
  • Products must be unused and undamaged
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Personalized or used products cannot be returned
  • Returns without prior registration may be refused

AYVAÉ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear.

Damaged or incorrect order

Have you received a damaged item or is your order incorrect? Please contact us within 48 hours via contact@ayvae.com.

Please include clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
