These terms and conditions apply to all orders, offers, and agreements made through AYVAÉ.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

AYVAÉ makes every effort to display products as accurately as possible.

Colors, scents, and finishes may differ slightly from photos on the website.

Many of AYVAÉ's products are handcrafted or hand-finished.

Small differences in color, wax, glass, labels, or finish are considered normal product characteristics.

All prices on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.

AYVAÉ reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

Orders will be processed after successful payment is received.

In case of failed or suspicious payments, an order may be canceled.

AYVAÉ aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days.

During busy periods, promotions, or pre-orders, delivery times may be longer.

Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle you to compensation.

AYVAÉ is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Additional rates may apply for international orders.

Returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt.

Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Personalized, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.

Products without original packaging may be refused.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the amount will be refunded within a few business days.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Without proof, AYVAÉ may refuse a claim.

Orders can only be canceled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Our scented candles and diffusers are intended for normal household use.

Never leave burning candles unattended.

Always place products on a heat-resistant surface.

Keep products out of reach of children and pets.

Always use products according to safety instructions.

AYVAÉ is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and fragrances themselves.

In case of sensitivity or allergic reactions, use should be stopped immediately.

All products are available while supplies last.

AYVAÉ reserves the right to remove products from its assortment.

AYVAÉ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without stating a reason.

AYVAÉ is not liable for delays or shortcomings due to force majeure.

Force majeure includes, among others, disruptions, transport problems, illness, fire, and government measures.

All texts, images, logos, and designs on this website are the property of AYVAÉ.

Use without written permission is not permitted.

AYVAÉ reserves the right to remove inappropriate or misleading comments.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Lost or expired gift cards will not be replaced.

Personal data is used exclusively for processing orders and customer service.

AYVAÉ is never liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.

Liability remains limited to the amount of the order.

Dutch law applies to all agreements and orders.
